Does anyone know where I can purchase a hole punch for making spinners? I need to attach a spinner arrow to a card. However, I don't have any tool available for punching out a 3/8" hole for the part that holds the spinner to the card. I've been using an exacto knife, but it doesn't look very good (some flashing visible) when I attach the spinner to the card. I need to be able to place a 3/8" hole about 3" from the edge of the card. Thanks! Peter

Well you might still look at various craft stores for something call an eyelet hole punch (used alot in scrapbooking for placing holes anywhere for eyelet, brad placements on paper)
Here is a link to such an item:

There is also another version that seems to be called The Details™Anywhere Hole Punch. But I have not...... nope here is a link to that version:
Check any store that sells leather working supplies. They usually have a good variety of leather punches that would be more than sufficient for punching through card stock.
It's not like the hole punches that you see in the scrapbooking sections of the craft store. Instead of a lever with a punch on top and a hole on the bottom, leather working puches are just a round bar of metal with a sharpened hole at one end. You set the punch end on the card and drive it rhough with a mallet or hammer.
Just be sure to put a thick piece of leather under the card stock so the punch doesn't get damaged when it goes through.
