After a long hiatus, I am actively developing Card Editor again. For those unaware, Card Editor is a completely free, open-source Windows-based GUI for creating and editing board and card game components.
Version 1.3.2 is now available, with fixes for bugs reported by users. You can download it at https://bitbucket.org/mattsinger/card-editor/downloads/
