Wanted to let you know about a new plugin for Scribus (opensource PAO) that I created for the purpose of creating a cards deck: Scribus Generator.
It works nicely with both text-oriented material, and more graphical combination of different graphical assets in different cards locations.
This is a bit of shameless self-promotion, but since the first results and feedback of early users are positive I thought I'd share it here too. The how-to video illustrates the whole concept (graphical template + spreadsheet data -> graphical cards) on business cards, but you'll easily translate it to game material ;)
Any feedback is welcome, so are feature requests (or code contributions), preferably via the issue tracker.
