Game Design Showdown Info Page Updated

I did the following:

• brought the logistic descriptions in line with how things are being run on the new site (submissions via e-mail, voting via a poll, etc.)
• made the graphical image rules more formal, including a maximum number and size
• attached a Text file showing Markdown formatting examples
