I direct people here from the 'Geek, rec.games.design, rec.games.board, the BoardGameDesign Yahoo Group, the Spielfrieks Yahoo Group, and the SAZ Yahoo Group. And other places!
Lately I've been seeing more and more other people directing folks here, which is very exciting! Thanks for pointing out the list.

No, an 'official nod' would be a news article from Derk or Aldie. I have beat my head against the wall to try and get them to post news articles relating to the BGDF, but to no avail. Not sure what the problem is, I guess they just feel we are 'off topic'.

Hmmm...what could be more on topic for Board Game Geek than a bunch of geeks designing board games?
