I sent my submission in last Sunday because I didn`t know if I`d be able to send it in from Japan, where I am now. So far I am proving correct because I`m not allowed to put a floppy disc in this computer (but, hey, free internet use, so no complaints). The game is called Island of the Doomed. The island could be Atlantis, or just another unknown civilisation.
