Hey there everyone.
The document listed here is of a new RPG system I'm trying to create using mainly Percentile Dice Rolls. I feel I need a LOT more detail, being that it is about 1 1/2 pages long. One of the things I need the most help with is the ability/spell system and weither or not I should put in a definate setting to it or if I should leave that open. Tell me what you think, please, and give me some advice if you can.

Because the BGDF is more intended to be used as a board game resource, you might want to check out The Forge , RPGNet or RPG Now! for information that's targeted more for the creation of Role Playing Game systems.

I can't get to it.
I was making (still am working on) a system similar to this, but I ended up just using 1-10 because I was multiplying everything by 10 anyways.
