Hello all,
this is my first post here, so please exuse me if i wrote this topic in the wrong forum. I'm currently designing a card game that unfortunetly I didn't have the time to play test it, yet. I could only play test it solo to find major bugs/problems. I asked on BGG (BoardGameGeek) from other players to test it, but i recieved no feedback. I discovered this site recently and thought about asking members of this site to play test it. If you are interested on play testing the game please send an E-mail to: nnatee@gmail.com and i'll sent you all file that are requied to play the game, feedback will be appriciated. While designing the game i realized all cards that are needed for the game could be found in a regular playing deck, so I didn't design cards, as i found it useless. Instead you could simply use a regular deck to play the game.

Thanks,
Nate

Hello, welcome to the forum! You'll find this place very useful and occasionally funny. (Especially when Nestalawe has had a few too many "soda pops".... what a weirdo.) The people here are very enthusiastic towards those who offer enthusiasm themselves.

A brief description of your game would certainly go a long way towards generating playtester interest. People tend to like some types of games, but not necessarily others.

Hey Nate!

I was going to suggest the same thing - give us a bit of a description on what the game is, how many players, how long a game takes etc and testers will pop out of the woodwork, especially if you can just use a normal set of cards.

PM me your rules and i'll test it for you!

Nestalawe'

P.S. don't listen to whatever Lime says about me, he likes to, um, 'dress up'...

He must have a crush on you or something, I've been asking him to dress up for me and he keeps saying 'No'. ;-)

The game is for 3-5 players (although while I was solo play testing it I found it best as a 4 player game). The game should not take more then an hour, and if it does I'll fix it so it'll will be shorter. While the game is an abstract card game i added theme to it, just to hopefully make more enjoyable. Each player represnts a royal family in the kingdom. As the head of the family you want to put family members on a high positions, so you'll have infulence over the countrey. At the end of the game, the player who putted is family members in the most stratigic positions will win.

You get positions, by trading or buying them from other players. Important aspect i want to make in the game is to hide your plans. You can get positions (if it was not clear by now positions are cards) only from other players, so if they'll know what your future plans are, they will stop you from completing them.

I hope it helps understand what the game basiclly is about.

Cheers,
Nate
