I am about to start playtesting a game that I designed and was curious as to what form of feedback most designers use for this. Is the feedback written or verbal? Are focus groups used or a written survey? How many times should the game be played in a test form to determine if there are any bugs or problems? Is there a standard written feedback form that exists out there?
