"You are playing the CEO of one of the local construction companys. And as CEO your goal is to
make the most money. But in order to make any money you have to first hire several work crews to
work for you. Then starts the bidding. The bidding for the contracts for the new buildings that are to
be constructed in town. In the end, only one player can be the one with the most money."
