Hey everyone, I've been looking for Chits and Shards smaller than what I can find on TGF. Every other site I've come across is in the 1.25"+ range. Hopefully the price would also be sized down a bit as well but it's not a requirement. If you've come across any sites I would really appreciate a few links.

Thanks! Vineyard

Games like Ascension use fish tank crystals and they come in various sizes and colors. I found a site that sells it here:

GMT games sells sheets of half inch counters at game conventions. Don't know if they sell them online.

I've just emailed their customer service to find out. I couldn't find anything on their site myself.

PrintPlayGames.com & SuperiorPOD.com have 0.625" chits

PrintPlayGames.com and SuperiorPOD.com both have chits that are 0.625" across. Superior POD has circle, hex or square shapes, while Print & Play Games only has square chits at that size.

Their pricing is similar, though SuperiorPOD is likely to be less expensive if you need a large number of chits or if you need other items (like cards or a board) printed. And I don't know what the differences are in their shipping rates.

Note 1: Both of them charge extra to print on both sides of the chits.

Note 2: Print & Play Games also has a very inexpensive option of 0.625" square chits made from playing card stock instead of chipboard ($1.75 for 66 chits in quantity 1). Chipboard is obviously nicer, but if you're looking for inexpensive this may be an option.

I drew up a file for laser

I drew up a file for laser cutting at Ponoko. It's 1,134 12mm hexes on a sheet of 3mm acrylic for $56.43. That works out to $.05 per token. That's on one of the larger Ponoko templates. They have many colors of acrylic, wood, felt, and cardboard available.

I can make a template for any tesselated shape on request and make it available on Ponoko for all.
