I don't know about you guys, but I love the feel that wood brings to a game. That being said, the basketball card/board game I've been working on would be a nice fit for beech wood board, pawn, tokens, and cards - or rather, card backing.
The cards are roughly 3/4 the size of a standard playing card. I envision the cards with a stick-on graphic that leaves the outside edge of wood showing (about 1/4" on all sides). I thought of using wood laminate but not sure if there is a better solution. Any advice would be appreciated.
