Slaughterbahn would be better for a road themed version. (Although it is by far the best name, just not for this game).
I'd go for Slope Slaughter, or Slaughter Slope. Mmmmmm yummy alliteration.

There are so many good choices, but I'm going to have to vote Red Snow. I love a pun, but there's a simple brutality to "Red Snow" that makes it stick in my head. You can always throw in some mayhem humor in the tag line.
