it seems that 2007 no longer exists on the archive. There is a mysterious gap there from when the site was hacked in 2007-2008. When the new site was put up, the archives existed for 2006 and prior.
Using the Internet Archive, I couldn't access the GDS from 2007 either. Very sorry for your loss.
