City of Games?

Last year at Origins there was a proposal to try to make Columbus, OH known as the city of games and open a games museum, with Duke Seifreid offering to donate some of his famous dioramas (I think he said all of his Lord of the Rings stuff).

I, living near Columbus, am curious if anyone knows about any headway as far as the museum or city focus has gone... I should probably check Origins site for this, but this place seems to be on the inside scoop often!!!
