On BGDF Classic, there's only one notification per discussion, so if I post "My Amazing Game" and then Johan replies, the front page lists only Johan's post.
On BGDF Wiki, both our replies would be listed. This is actually less useful, because an active conversation would drive all other recently updated posts off the front page.
I second this - Individual posts in forums don't need to be listed, we just need to know that there is a new post on a forum as per the current site...
I'll chime in on this, but I'd like to add something...
On the current site, when you click a link in the lastest forum-posts, it takes you to the post. On the new (tiki-wiki-)site, it takes you to the beginning of the thread.
I like it more when you go to the actual post, but I don't know if it is a lot of work to keep that feature. Anyway, just an opinion, I don't know if other people like the 'actual post'-option better than the 'go to the beginning of the thread'-option...

Sorry I haven't been active in discussion. I don't know what I've been doing, but it appears BGDF tikiwiki, GDS, and etc hasn't been part of it! On the up side, I've still been playing and designing games :)
