Got an NDA?

I recently (read: yesterday) read the NDA I've been using for blindtesters for about 2 years now. I wrote the document myself with little actual reference and realized upon reading it that it's full of holes and really doesn't protect me from anything...
... the only thing I have going for me is that most people probably don't actually READ it, they just sign it and think they know what it says.

Well... anyways... does anyone have a "good" NDA I could "borrow" as a sample? :)

Works for me. I've tried to keep it simple--a bit of a generic fill-in-the-blank affair--so it isn't the most complex or all-inclusive NDA you'll ever see. However, it should be pretty easy for you to customize as needed.
