Hi All,
I recently purchased a Corel CD with stock images on it from fotosearch. I have since been told by Corel that the CD is obsolete (whatever that means) . I just wondered about obtaining a licence to use these images ( to create derivative illustrations) ? I also know that these sort of stock image CDs can be purchased on ebay so again what is the licencing / copyright situation in that case? Many thanks in advance

As I've said in the past, licenses for using Clip Art CDs should determined on a case by case basis. I.E. read the user agreement of the particular CD in question.
