At the moment, I think people are thinking about comp entries (if they are thinking about anything!)
But come June 1st, I imagine there will be a number of people keen to try and explore different ways of reviewing ideas and testing games.

I am just reading through the forum and beginning with the oldest thread in this forum!
Maybe I should first read everything before i begin to comment om some threads but here I am just curious right now and hope to get an answer!
At what point is this project standing right now?
Where can I get some rules to read and offer some feedback?
Has this ever been realized or was it just an idea and noeone relly jumped on it?

Yes, Jeff did a really good job on this project. Have a look at the Game Design Workshop forum. 70 games have been reviewed so far
