Summer '05 Albany, NY regional "playfest"

I might be able to attend if you are looking for more people.

the week of August 20 XX is the only one not good for me as i will be a gencon.

I am quickly approaching a major life change, so my time for playtesting is limited. As I told Jeff, it will probably be best to plan this without taking me into consideration, and hopefully I would be able to stop in for part of the time.

Here's my schedule, the best I can tell:

July 23 - Short notice, but might be able to make part in the evening
July 30 - Probably wouldn't work too well, again might be able to stop in the evening
August 6 - Totally out
August 13 - Might be able to make some in the early afternoon
August 20 - Might be able to make some in the evening
August 27 - Probably totally out
September 3 - Might be able to make a good portion of this day

My mid-August schedule has changed slightly, so please note my newly edited schedule above.

I'd like to attend on the 27th. I have a board game I've been working on called "Venus Needs Men!" -- Gil helped playtest it at Ubercon last year. And of course I'll be happy to playtest other games. Sands of Time sounds interesting -- I love Civ and Age of Renaissance, even History of the World.

What time do you typically start and finish? Can you send me directions (from the south -- I'm in Westchester)?

I should be pretty open, though August 20th I am attending GenCON and I do have to head out to San Jose at some point in the next month. So my availablity would look something like:

July 23
July 30
August 6 X
August 13 X
August 20
August 27 XX
September 3 X

Once the majority of you figure out a date, I will see what I can do to make it out. I would love to clean up Invasions:Tuatha De Danann and let you all give it a good old fashion designer beatdown! :)

my apologies for the "bump" but I needed to remind folks who are expecting to attend on the 27th to pm me with their email address. I have a couple of these, but not as many as seem to be suggested by the thread.

Here's looking forward to a nice sized crew, perhaps our biggest yet.
